A Note from the Author

When I published Rules of the Storm in June, I had no idea what to expect. I just hoped someone would pick it up, give Zoe and Kellen a chance, and maybe find something in their story worth remembering.

I certainly didn't expect to be writing an announcement like this four months later.

I'm incredibly grateful to the PenCraft Book Awards for recognizing Rules of the Storm as a 2026 Fall Best Book winner in Romance Suspense.

But I'm just as grateful to every reader who has taken a chance on my debut novel. Whether you've left a review, recommended it to someone, or simply spent a few hours getting lost in Zoe and Kellen's world, thank you.

And don't worry, I'm not finished making fictional people miserable before letting them find their happily ever after. 😂

Wren and Ronan are up next.

Thank you for being here.
